COE is not even on my watch list so I'm clearly a bystander here, but like YC could I put in 2c worth?
Hotcopperites get far too emotional about ramping and down-ramping. I remember an accusation that someone was down-ramping BHP. LOL Even with our few millionaires I doubt we could effect any blue chip's price. A few penny dreadfuls for a few days is about all.
So, realistically, the price of COE will do it's own thing regardless of HC discussions. Accept the principle of free speech and don't close your mind to other's opinions.
"Another duster" sounds fair if that be the facts.
