Have read on ASX site that new float tomorrow called Louisiana Petroleum.From website reading (www.louisianapetroleum.com.au) it seem similar in all respects to ELK float. LOU reworking the Caddo Pine Island Field in Louisiana, whereas ELK reworking the Grieve Oilfield in Wyoming. ELK 38,000,000 share capital(from web site) LOU 19,000,000 as per prospectus.Seems tightly held. On the way ELK is trading would expect a similar run over a similar time frame.
