I have to asmit that I get tired of all this negative claptrap, the facts are HDR holders have done very well over the past 2 years, end of story. This year with oil soaring HDR was neither active or producing, every man and his dog knew that there was no urgency to invest heavily when first oil was not until late 2005 early 2006, that's it as far as I'm concerned.
Give a kid a lollie and he will want the bag.
