Yes, it is a good time for oilers, however at this stage, Hardman isn't an oil producer. The fact that the recent drilling hasn't produced results isn't the fault of the company, just bad luck. Whether the holes were exploration or so called relinquishment wells is effectively the same thing. If they found oil they would both be beneficial for the company. Either way, they obviously needed to be drilled.
Not alot has changed regarding Tiof. Yes there is 1 Billion barrels in situ, but it has always been said that only a portion of that is economically recoverable. As such I imagine it is "a bowl of spaghetti".
Once producing, Hardman will be re-rated, in the meantime it is best just to be patient. I hold 100 000 hdr so I am as keen as anyone to see $5.
