Govt sold at 2.50 in 94 about time of bond market (valuation/asset aloocation jitters)
good company etc etc
Bad dislosure
Bad packaging
The losses and opportunity (sell) losses are huge - massive.
Volatility may continue (options more expensive)
Better add before I'm cu-off
