Sorry Goldlikova, but without seeing the article in full and when it was written it is difficult to comment. I have had a look at several databases that I find articles from, and there has been nothing new. But I will keep an eye on the wires.

We know that regarding the Mutoshi agreement we are in full compliance and also with Kinsevere. DRC govt and Gecamines signed off on it. This differs substantially to the First Quantum case.

They know Minmetals have deep pockets. (Although they are not opening them much for Anvil shareholders!)

I would sugget we are also not WAY behind schedule with the SXEW commissioning. By the sounds of it 3 months due to the electricity issues.

If we can get 60,000t or very close to it in 2012, we are one of the lowest cost producers in the world, and copper stays above $US3, we will be making a fortune.

Minmetals know this and so does Gecamines.
