Hi Jake, I was informed that it is 12 months, but I may need correcting, then Todd cannot make another offer for a period of no less than 6 months, if I am right Todd have aprox 9 months to go, I really don't think they are interested in only 50%+, but more likely 70%+, then maybe change the whole makeup of FMS/RTA, so they can call a SOA with a "special arrangement" with OCJ, this could be all fiction of course on my pat but it is all very interesting to say the least.
