End of March Qtr FMS had $1.7m
last Qtr it spent about $1m.
This Qtr will be uglier, as it has all the Takeover expenses, reports etc. very costly.
FMS will have to raise Capital very soon, it will be very interesting to see what actions the Board takes to do this and who are the buyers, I can think of two so far
Maybe a convertible note is an option for Todd?
