IMO, regardless of how many times RIO extends the offer its become obvious that unless RIO sweetens the deal and ups it to ~ 18 ps neither Tata or CSN or many smaller shareholders will accept the present bid (as it completely under values RIV).

Come on RIO time to get serious, either up the ante or take a walk. After all if its not successful you'll only lose face and cop alot of flack for throwing away shareholders funds on a failed and inadequate bid.
