For reference the ports and harbour supports letter was posted to FERC the other day (actually what you posted must be a new one - it's the coast guard not the ports and harbour, my mistake). We also have 2 or 3 other community stakeholder letters of support and requests for FERC to get the hurry on posted to FERC in last few weeks. We currently have one outstanding request on air and noise quality which is due in two weeks.
