    ok, very early days for this one but looks the goods...

    A Warner shell and they are backing a Fleetwood type business in - builds houses etc for mine workers.

    Raising money at $0.01 (as per prospectus on Thursday). Trading at $0.007..... Raising $600,000.

    Looks strong management joining and at $0.01 will be capped at $6M (obviously capped at less now).

    Thoughts?
