Having just won a class action as a shareholder against Slater and Gordon, we won because they held price sensitive information and investors made decisions without that information. If NAG withhold price sensitive information about drill results (good or bad) it's the same thing.
The initial drill results are almost certainly going to have a material effect on the share price.
