And it wasn't until the 12th June 2007 Engin announced it was the primary distributor of TiVo in Australia and will exclusively manage mass retail distribution, enhancing Engin’s current reseller relationships. I has the impression the agreement was more between engin and Tivo Inc, but it would appear the agreement is between engin & seven.
