Fractaux was one of the bidders for ROAMES (process started Oct 2013)- bought by Fugro in early 2014. Afterwards Fractaux used the business case to canvass the market for 5 million of funds for initial working capital.

Fractaux hired a number of the original ROAMES staff to build the initial capability / project plans / contracts with key service providers.

Just looks exactly the same. An amazing coincidence for a group "Spookfish" that had no previous background / website / or what appears to be experience in this space.

Very very strange.
