No probs AC, there is no doubt as the article says there is that perception about FIRB decisions and the politics and sentiment behind it, expressed more generally in the media and public discussion forums like this. And that is unfortunate.

On the flip side of the coin though - how easy is it to take over a Chinese company or resource?

Difficult issues and ones which will probably never have solutions that satisfy all moral, ethical and competitive criteria.

I think the reality is that global economic power is shifting, and part of my original point is that commerce and economics succeeds where military solutions have failed - and so it is that we must learn to work in a harmoniuous partnership with our commercial partners for mutual benefit.
