They are NOT doing this because of AGW! Period!

They are doing this because they want less pollution for their people, to give them a cleaner environment, etc. Have you been to Beijing?

And another thing! They want to be the leaders in everything. You want windmills - they will give you one. You want solar panels - they will give you one. You come up with something that will counter AGW - they will make it for you - just ask and provide the specs!

BTW you seem to know so much - do you know how many trillions the Indian Govt asked for to reduce CO2?? Look it up - not hard!! Basically they were giving the two-finger "salute" to us!!
