    CSE has more going for it than most of the dog pennys being ramped on HC.

    only 50m shares on issue, an open register (other than TeckCominco and the directors) and $1b+ JORC resources in the ground in FarNorthQueensland.

    good buying under 0.30 IMHO - if you think that commodities have a way to run.
