There has been significant drilling/dewatering proceeding over January/February for MEL.

Little of the new data would have available for the latest reserve figures and there are no gas flow readings. Thus the moderate upgrade in 2P is largely based on the existing dataset. The increase in 3P to 1.4 trillion cubic feet is of the same magnitude as the 2P increase and shows similiar conversion rates are being used as previously.

The make/break for MEL is the ability of the Ensign 50 rig to liberate the high gas content in this coal.

Given the appointment of a leading CSG person from Worley and the progress on the approval of the gas pipeline MEL must be confident.

I am hoping for a flow of 1 mllion cubic feet per day per well to demonstrate the viability of the project.
