Sure could - Suddenly and dramatically. A significant re- rating I would think!
Hartley's may have to scramble to produce another, revised upwards target price, to reflect this positive activity of late, if it starts to materialize.
The last revised target of 2.8 cents could be blown completely out the window if everything falls into place.
