Snoball, what you say about Fortrend is POSSIBLY correct, however, I really have know problem with it. I see it as a good thing that others, other then just shareholders, are prepared to come in and take risk.

My understanding is that the Fortrend draw-down facility is being exchanged for equity (at the sp when the draw-down is actually made - less a small discount).
To individual shareholders, the SPP was never going to mean that much anyway, as it is capped to a max of $5000 per shareholder. If by the SPP close date the share price makes it attractive for shareholders to take it up, well, that will be a small plus for those shareholders that choose to do so. If it's not attractive for shareholders to take it up, I don't think that should be viewed as major problem. Let the risk be spread, I say.
