The long dated options were issued to investors who participated in the SPP and are listed under ATHO. The short dated options were also issued to SPP participants but are not listed.
As I understand it, this latest prospectus was issued to cover extra share options that were issued to certain individuals and institutions that missed out on some of their allocations due to the SPP being oversubscribed. The offer is not public, but restricted to these investors. If you didn’t participate in the SPP plan then the only way to get them now is to buy them, on market.
