institutions may have to buy it before a certain date, but it doesn't mean they have to over pay. There are plenty of ways to get the price down when there is a lot of money moving.
I would look more at the long term trend and ask yourself the question 'will TPG be this cheap in 2 or 3 years?' highly unlikely, but DYOR
