    Do you guys ever learn look back, same story more bs from MD this guy has reconstructed once on the same projects!!! Do your homework.... MD has NO credibility been investigated by NCA and is well known for not delivering...be warned all you will be buying is more non-performance go back and look at 2000 to 2002 reports all that happens is good technical guys leave..must be a reason
