To be honest I cant remember off hand, who was CEO out of the 2, however it makes no difference, both were equally responsible in real terms of RRS success or failure, and as stated both persons were not working in the bests interest of RRS in their repective roles.
IMO a person in particular was extremly lucky only to be ousted, and not subject to further action for his indescretions.
O.K you disagree In your opinion only, Petes performance has not been acceptable, thats your opinion and your entitled to it, however as you have pointed out, the overall market disagrees with your opinion, as is evident by the share price appreciation since late 2008 till present. You cant blame Pete for the share price falls on one hand, and then discredit his role when a sustained rise has occurred over 2 years.
Regarding the without NCR Blah Blah, as you pointed out Hypothetical, so really dont get the point, it happened and is reality, so no discussion required.
