Announcement didn't make any difference to the share price, which says it all, really. No value is typically assigned to preclinical compounds, and this hasn't even reached the preclinical stage. So it's a "at least we haven't been sitting on our arses" announcement, but it hardly means anything to the bottom line.
We're headed lower in the short-term. It's probably still overvalued at 20 cents.
