no doubt they should mate, but "violating accounting standards" already sounds like a huge backward step from your initial claim that the company and the company auditors (noting they changed auditors in the last few years) acted fraudulently.
Fraud is just a massive call that's all. Not saying your wrong, that is yet to be proven but you obviously know alot more about it that I if at this stage you are prepared to declare those groups (directors AND auditors) acted fraudulently
