Halted pending outcome of negotiations...
Could there be some life left in the deal? The wording seems to hint at that.
Surely this has to be positive considering the hammering its taken of late based on marlet expecting the deal to fail.
even if the deal is pronounced dead, the downside is small to cash backing, where as if it is back on, well, we could see $1 again perhaps...
