Very unlikely to have resolved Enusa's concerns, however this new announcement might enlighten us as to what their concerns are, and also the steps required to meet them.

Will be interesting to see Berkeley's response.

The wording of the initial announcement about Enusa having concerns, lead me to believe there was some sort of difference of opinion as to what the restricted feasibility study would assess. Either that, or a thinly veiled attempt to put the kibosh on a project that is politically not desirable.

Either way, value exists at these prices. If the real reason for concerns is a pseudo gov delay job, then we may have to wait a year for this project to progress. But it will still proceed. Hell, in a years time the government will need as much foreign investment as it can get.
