Why go into a few days halt for a "neutral" update?
Seems like it should be something more final either way...
By the way, does anyone know why Severstal did not close on the deal to buy them in Jan? It would seem they would be very happy now with the SP being about 70% off Jan prices. Could they be back in the shopping mood???
