It looks like "someone" is trying to keep the price down.
Most likely for accumulation.
They know this one has rockets underneath and best to load up before letting it go.
You will notice that 800k shares were added to the offer @ 0.195. The panic sellers start selling into the 0.19. Next min, the 800k sell got taken off.
Manipulation or not, to me its a sign that the lid is temporarily being shut, and its not a result of poor performance but good things to come
