that said, i don't blame anyone for being cynical.

An agreement's been struck with the carbon funding venture, but we don't know who that is.
I've been told it's confidential, but you'd have to excuse anyone now for not being enthused, particularly when they're talking of a share issue to raise the $3 mill plus.

So the focus at the meeting was more on this unknown entity, than Carbon Planet.

I get the feeling we're being "massaged" if i can put it that way, into preparing for the day when C/P is quietly dropped...because "it wasn't the deal that would add value for our beloved shareholders.

The sunset date was 30th November..the day of the meeting.
After which time, either party can walk away.

I dare say not much can be done about companies "adding value" to themselves via grandiose statements, and announcements.

The value is in the bu*****t.
