We now have ARUP managing the whole deal and Faithful+Gould as the build team. Pretty solid capabilities.

Surely, surely, surely they would have to know something about the finance. No one would sign an agreement on a ~$500m build without asking, "So, how are you lot intending on paying for this?"

Im tipping we get some details on project finance soon. IMO finance is the only thing lacking and simply the most important aspect.
