Hahaha , 30 homes and commercial buildings finished sold leased all fully compliant built by some of the best and largest builders in Perth hahaha your not that smart if you don’t know this hahaha . Hearing straight from the horses mouth from Builders and supervisors the reason HX isn’t being used full on is , there are no trades to carry on as soon as the brickwork is up they said there is no point in having a whole street of home structures up if it’s going to take 2 -3 years to complete hahaha . More than 600 builders last financial year gone bust around Australia and more to come if Builders are all that smart why are you all going bust hahahaha ? Niche living here in Perth just gone under and I hear on the grapevine another few going down same path ! Trades moving to mining left right centre don’t trust any builders and you keep asking why builders are not using HX hahahaha stupid question from a self proclaimed expert hahaha your embarrassing yourself give it up Troopy .
