Homes are just taking too long to finish it is getting worse and not any better it will take years to fix the Australian building construction industry this is the reason why HX has gone to US builders here can use it but won’t commit because as the builders i have talked to say there is no use in having dozens of walls up when there is a waiting time for roof carpenters and roof plumbers of 6-9 months wait ! HX can build the walls of a home in one day all well but who is going to finish the rest ? Good niche builders are ok as they don’t churn trades over all day long project builders that build in large quantities are struggling like never before they are all going bust one by one they can’t use HX for this reason .
