Now Mark Gwynne has jumped ship ! The IGS announcement 1st February 2013 for him doesnt say at all he joined IGS as a "temporary Director" yet the 16th May 2013 said "temporarily filling" the position - What The ?

All the news on Santa Fe per SEC filings and yahoo says the IGS and Santa Fe merger is basically off but no shareholders in IGS know what is going on ??

Do IGS shreholders care as no comments on HC ??
