This is the moment that all parties either step up to the plate and proceed with case.Usually when both parties also make their final offer for a settlement, prior to going to a full trial.In a ideal world it would be nice to have an Ann. after close stating MNM and Calcifier,have come to a agreement over Mt.Mulligan.Possible scenerio,could be a settlement based on 10-20% interest for Calcifier,X amount of shares in MNM,and cost to be absorbed by parties.The resource at Mt.Mulligan alone rated MNM,s MC at 0.50cps,prior to the legal stoush with Calcifier.Just my idle thoughts.
