This ann does not make a lot of sense:
First, most of shares listed in Appendix A were sold in Jan 05, over a year ago.
Second, the price per share for the few shares sold in Dec 05 was in the order of 20c, way above the market price at the time.
Very odd, I suspect a mistake in the ann.
