Firstly, this highlights their desire to hurry up and mine ...... now!!!

Secondly, it smells like they wanted to hurry this one up too and some id!ot decided that shafting the partner was the way to go about it.

IT IS NOT OVER imo and they shoudl sack the mor)n that decided that this was the best thing to do in light or Iran's current "open to do business" policy.
