I am not going to try and pretend to be an expert here. But on my understanding there are a lot of aspects about what makes a mine economic apart from grade. Just some: access to transport, shallow depths of oxidisation, width of zones of mineralisation - at Mt. Karara it is in excess of 150 metres, and good liberation and beneficiation qualities. GBG also believe they have another resource based on historical drilling that has over 60% iron content with low phosphorous levels.
