Before World War 2 the the public didn't have a clue on what Hitlers objectives were.During World War 2 the public didn't have a clue about the holocaust.They did not know that Hitler had plans for an Atomic bomb.
In the UK before the War some members of the public wanted to let Hitler get on with whatever he wanted and just sit back and watch.Churchill was determined and a good job he was.
