This is good news. This was the principle "vector" for the infection of BNB by the Banking Consortium.
I am a BEPPA holder. One significant difference between the BNBG and the BEPPA Trust Deed is that I believe there are conditions for BBI to force the conversion of BEPPA into shares (unlike the BNBG's).
I hope BBI holders are watching the BNBG/BNB010 developments. This process will either significantly strengthen the Bankers' hand or significantly weaken it.
