I doubt there is such a thing as "capture" an online market when it comes to retail, not permanently anyway.
people buying online change websites at a click of the mouse.
I expect they will sell more furniture online in future than they do now, just as their competitors will too.
but not many companies generate ROE of 40 - 50% year after year
