Another Investor Relatiions misstep, page-27

I don't think that's the point here.
I'm not long (was planning to buy before xmas but have held off). Whether I am a shareholder or thinking of becoming one, that was important information to me, but it wasn't released at the time.

SGH has an obligation to keep the market informed, but it looks like it didn't on this point.
I don't know the technical rules about what has to be released to keep the market informed (so I'm not saying there was a breach), but I am sure other people will be asking themselves what else is not disclosed.

Isn't this just more ammo for SGH detractors ?
