OPY is priced about right. Actually, I'm surprised it's not below 10c.
They're also burning cash, so another cap raise is just around the corner and only one guy is buying the Disallowed.

No announcements of Q2 success and cash eroding daily. It's worthless and I'm surprised it hasn't gone bust yet.
