Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls, screen and distribute accordingly Deal with queries from the public and customers Welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner Conduct HSE inductions with visitors to the workshop including organising PPE Coordinate meetings and assist with any catering requirements Book flights and accommodation for corporate travel Organise training, licensing and certification for staff members Maintaining personnel data files Receive and sort mail and deliveries Organise and coordinate couriers Order and keep track of stationary Assistance to the General Manager as required Prepare reports, presentations or correspondence General administrative duties as required Punctual and Pro-active in daily approach to work
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years office experience. Strong computer skills including MS Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work. Ability to work in team-oriented environment. Relevant industry experience is preferred but not essential.
