Fastbrick- Program Manager

Fastbrick Robotics (https://www.fbr.com.au/) is set to transform the construction industry with the world’s first Digital Construction System, featuring Hadrian X - a prototype bricklaying robot which can lay up to 1,000 bricks an hour.  Fastbrick are on-track to launch production of commercial models in 2019.  With several MOU’s already in place, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program Manager to drive multiple projects and assume responsibility for the technical delivery of the Hadrian X and future project developments in line with targets.
  
Working closely with the GM of Operations, COO and the CTO (inventor), the Program Manager will be developing and overseeing a suite of individual projects that will bring together the final commercialized version of Hadrian X.  The Program Manager will have significant influence on the shape and execution of the program as well as full responsibility for program execution; achievement of milestones, delivery of agreed outcomes and managing key stakeholder relationships.
  
Whilst the Hadrian X is the current commercial focus, even more exciting is the potential of the core patented technology to be applied across multiple applications and commercial streams so this could be just the beginning of a long journey.
  
For success in the Program Manager role, you will require:

• Extensive project management experience (including Earned Value Management principles), ideally in a technical design or engineering field
• Demonstrated experience managing key stakeholder relationships in a high-profile program environment
• Leadership capabilities including building a team, initiating and delivering change and driving high performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills (including strong negotiation skills) across all levels of stakeholders
• Quality process, decision making and execution focus
• An ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver outcomes
