    NAMIBIA, SOUTH WEST AFRICA
    KUISEB COPPER-GOLD PROJECT
Takoradi’s mineral interests in Namibia are held through its wholly owned subsidiary
Nimrod Metals Limited (“Nimrod”) which owns a 70% interest in the Kuiseb Copper
Project, located at the Southwest end of the Matchless Amphibolites Belt (“MAB”). The
total known strike of the MAB is 350 Kilometres (Km) and Nimrod holds 150 Km of that
known strike. The MAB hosts the long established Otjihase and Matchless copper-gold
mines located near Windhoek the capital and numerous other copper mineralisation
occurrences, which each display similar geology to Nimrods and Kuiseb Projects.
The Kuiseb Copper Project is targeting a shallow open pit/underground mine which from
diamond drilling has identified signification high grade copper (up to 12.90%) and gold
    (up to 3.74 g/t).
The hope copper/gold deposit, within the Kuiseb project, area is the principle target for
the current drilling program. The key objective in the quarter has been the continuing
infill drilling for further definition of the existing resources and known mineralisation
within the Hope deposit. In addition down dip and plunge extensions are being
    evaluated.
On the 14th May 2007 an announcement was made to the ASX by the Company
providing a progress report of the diamond drilling programme being conducted at the
    Kuiseb Copper Project.
It was reported that approximately 6,500 meters of diamond drilling had been completed
at the Kuiseb copper-gold project, Hope Deposit. The drilling is a continuation of the
initial 5000m program that was commenced in September 2006. Significant new high
grade copper/gold intersections were penetrated in this later drilling program.
The initial drilling program of 5000m was completed in February 2007 and based on
results at that time it was determined to continue the program. The initial drill holes were
projected towards an infill program to close out the gaps left by the original JCI drilling
activity. In addition drilling has been carried out in the shallow, potential open pit area
that lies up dip and plunge from the last JCI hole located approximately 400m from the
known outcrop. This has given a target strike length of up to 500m of potential open cut
