Actually, I have been thinking Statoil as well. They know their stuff, believe me, and hey, they are Norwegians, right? Everybody, including the Senegal government know the Norwegians are rich, honest, not bribable (and very hansom). Why not Statoil, and besides Norway probably already owns a fair chunk of the Senegal economy anyway through their US$ 1 trillion wealth fund.
