It wouldn't be a horribly bad idea to do more JV's but I think if I were in control of the company like Nick is and have a lot of skin in the game with plenty of patience which by the looks of things is his major attribute I would do it without a JV.
The mill didn't cost much at all and 6 months production could probably fund another plant, it also fits in with his grander view of building MCO into something great.
