Management have no right to complain that they are being criticised by shareholders. What do they expect, mistake after mistake, it seriously borders on blatent incompetence.
This is nothing short of a debacle, ITOAS had the permit in their name originally, now have stuffed around for months trying to have the permit changed, now we are back where we started from, apparently minus $3 million US.
It may not be Lumacoms fault, maybe it is ITOAS but I had posted on here several times that Global might walk because of the expectation they would carry the responsibility with the council. Why on earth the permit wasn't sorted out during original negotiations one has to wonder......
